Our Concept.

At Jarabe we embrace our abuelita’s food waste philosophy….

UPCYCLE INITIATIVE

Saving One Fruit at a Time.

At Jarabe our paletas are more than just a treat - it's a responsibility. We passionately embrace an “upcycling” culture, creating our pops from rescued fruits and vegetables.

To fulfill this mission we collaborate with local restaurants, farmers, and grocers to ensure the recapture and diversion of perishable products by quickly transforming them into delectable summer treats.

This approach not only champions the fight against food waste but also ensures that each one of our pops is a harmonious blend of responsibility and indulgence.

ZERO-WASTE PHILOSOPHY

Saving The Planet One Pop at a Time.

Our "zero-waste" philosophy is woven into each one of our paletas. We convert every scrap (from coconut shells to watermelon rinds) into nutrient-rich compost, creating a circle of life that keeps the earth happy.

At Jarabe almost every bit of excess is either reused, repurposed, or recycled, contributing to a healthier planet.

Our approach to rethinking each one of our product lifecycles ensures that nothing is wasted in our journey. Our commitment to a sustainable circle of life is what makes our pops not only guilt-free, but a boon for the earth.
